Ordering from Goldenchild Audio couldn’t be easier! Using our checkout system is easy, quick and secure with SSL encryption, look for the padlock in your address bar. We accept payments with Paypal or a Debit or Credit through Paypal.
You do not need to be registered with Paypal to use your card
To order any packs from us, simply click ‘add to cart’ button or buy now – Items will be added to your cart (displayed inside the Shopping Cart icon at the top of our site). When you are ready to checkout press the ‘Secure Checkout’ button. This will take you to our 100% secure checkout page where you can review your shopping bag before making a payment.
When you are ready to order, click on “Check Out with Paypal” to complete your order. You will be redirected to Paypal’s website where you can either log in if you have a Paypal account or choose to pay with a credit or debit card through Paypal.
How do I receive the downloads?
Download links are emailed to the email address used at checkout and are sent in a separate email from the confirmation. We will NOT issue download links to e-mails not associated with an order. So be sure to include a VALID e-mail address.
After you have made your payment, an email with your purchase information will be automatically sent confirming your order. After Paypal notifies us that the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a second e-mail with your download links. Please contact us if you do not get this email.
Important: Check your ‘spam’/promotional folders from “orders [at] goldenchildaudio . com” for your payment confirmation and download links. For future orders, white-list the above e-mail.
How are your samples delivered?
Our samples are delivered digitally via download links in an easy zip file per product.
Clicking the link will download a ZIP file (.zip) that you will need to save to your computer. Once the download has finished you will be able to unzip (unpack/extract) the files.
There are many softwares (Winrar/Winzip) that an extract the files, we have used (WinRar) but there are free ones too.
